🌱 Ingredients (for 4–5 cheelas)
• ½ cup chana dal (split Bengal gram)
• ½ cup moong dal (split yellow moong)
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1–2 green chilies (optional)
• 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• Salt as per taste
• Water as required
• 1–2 tsp ghee / cold-pressed oil for cooking

👩🍳 Method
1. Wash and soak chana dal & moong dal for 3–4 hours.
2. Drain water and grind into a smooth batter (add little water if needed).
3. Add ginger, green chilies, turmeric, cumin, coriander & salt. Mix well.
4. Heat a non-stick tawa / iron skillet, grease lightly with ghee.
5. Spread a ladle of batter into a round cheela (like a dosa).
6. Cook on medium flame, drizzle a few drops of ghee, flip & cook until golden.
7. Serve hot with satvik green chutney or homemade curd.
