How auditor gives Auditor opinion on financial statement in Big 4 | Qualified Unqualified Opinion

This is the fourth video on our audit series. In this video we have discussed about the procedure of the audit opinion. First we have discussed what type of audit opinion can be provided by the auditor.
Generally speaking there are 5 types of opinion that can be provided by the auditor
1. Unqualified report
2. Qualified report with the scope limitation
3. Qualified report with GAAP departure
4. Adverse report with scope limitation (also called as the disclaimer of the opinion)
5. Adverse report with GAAP departure having pervasive impact on the financial statement

Then we have discussed about the emphasis of matter and other matter paragraph
