The Let's Move Resistance Band Workout series is formed of three tailored sessions to help you strengthen the main muscle groups: the legs, arms, shoulders and back. Fitness professional Leon Wormley is joined by his Mum Janet who lives with arthritis as they demonstrate the exercises in these follow-along videos especially designed for people living with arthritis. In this first 20 minute video they demonstrate exercises to strengthen the upper body and provide tips on gripping the band.
