The following video is only made and uploaded to show a personal Problem with the game to rockstar games and also showcase and share any other people facing the issue just like this. Any solutions or suggestion would be really appreciated. The issue is repeatedly caused at the same point. Right after they were about to reach the camp in colter of Chapter 1. It won't open the settings menu, hangs up in the black and white screen,

Have already tried -
uninstalling and installing the latest version of game and the launcher again,
Verifying the files,
uninstallation and installation of (Direct X12, C++ Redist(64 & 84)),
running as administrator both game and the R* Launcher,
Updating All the drivers(Graphics ,audio, Processor),
temporarily switching off the antivirus,
Excluding the entire folder and documents from antivirus,
Changing Graphics API from both Vulkan and DirectX12,
Hiding all Microsoft services in msconfig,
Closing start ups from task manager,
Updating windows Driver's,
Checking Windows Log - Application for error messages,
editing the System.xml File in settings,
Deleting the vulcan SGA files in settings,
It's the only game in my Laptop, checked the temps of laptops(Pretty stable, have played bigger games before),
Tried Read Dead Online for a change(still the same issue),
Sent the DxDiag to Rockstar Games(No Response).
