From Casiguran we are headed back to Dipaculao for the night. Weather was not cooperating as rainy season is about to come. Have gone to Casiguran to check the Casapsapan Beach. I once did a drive to Isabela via the Cordon Diffun Maddela route and now added this to my drive collection. Enjoy watching!
