Moog Matriarch Generative Ambient Long Play

This is a generative ambient patch that was designed to simulate the ranging dynamics of a thunder storm moving passed in the distance. There are extended moments of ebb and swell, as well as some moments of near silence as the filter chokes. I let this run for about an hour just to see what sort of variance was created. Hope it might help someone study or fall asleep.

The Matriarch is running a slow randomized arp and the filter cuttoff and envelope amount are being controlled by a slow randomized LFO. The VCF is being attenuated slightly to the negative. Both traingle and square waves present in paraphonic mode.

This patch was a lot of fun to make and my attempt to mimic some of the longer generative eurorack pieces that I always find so soothing. About as close to the Matriarch playing itself as I could get.
