DADADADAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. IT'S FINALLY DOOOOONNNEEEE!!!!! 8D Jeez, this thing was a beast to make, but it was worth it cause it's for my friend crowfeatherofmoon. ^.^ Crowy, I know I've said this a billion times already (XD) but I am incredibly lucky to have met you and to have become your friend. You're so kind, selfless and just all around amazing, not to mention a great roleplayer. ;) Thanks for always being there for me. :)
Anyway, this is about three cats: Icestorm, (gray tabby she-cat) Dawnlight/star (dark gray tabby tom with white chest and paws) and Lightningstreak (browm tabby tom with a scar over his eye) Lightningstreak and Icestorm had been best friends in ThunderClan since they were kits, but since he was an apprentice Lightningstreak had been in love with her. Right when he was about to confess his feelings for her, a cat arrives at the clan, Dawnlight. He and Icestorm become fast friends. One night Dawnlight walks up to Lightningstreak and tells him that he is in love with a she-cat and doesn't know how to tell her. Lightningstreak responds by saying that he should be honest and tell her when the time was right. Little did he know that the cat he was talking aout was Icestorm. Later that evening Dawnlight tells Icestorm that he loves her, and she knows that she loves him back, and tells him. Lightningstreak leaps out of a tree, heartbroken and angry. Since that night he had plotted revenge against them both.
Later in the story Dawnlight becomes Dawnstar and ThunderClan divides and creates another clan, LakeClan (Which Dawnstar is leader of). Dawnstar starts having dreams about Lightningstreak trying to drown him and he wonders if his old friend is as trustworthy as he thinks. That sunhigh, Icestorm and Lightningstreak go into the forest to hunt. Then Lightningstreak attacks her, saying that killing her would be the ultimate revenge on her and Dawnstar. Dawnstar, who has the ability to shapeshift, turns himself into a wolf and kills Lightningstreak.
When Icestorm and Dawnstar have kits, Icestorm is still haunted by Lightningstreak's betrayl. He haunts her dreams, and she soon realizes that she will only escape him in death. But she goes on to live her live with the cat she has always loved, Dawnstar.
