Quest Day 3: New Workflow | Lelit MaraX

Hi!

Follow me on my quest in finding a new workflow with my new shiny espresso machine, the Lelit MaraX V2.

I’ve upgraded from Breville Bambino Plus and it seems that I have to switch a few things around.

I’m all in for a simple and efficient approach. Next on my purchase list would definitely be a bottomless portafilter, non pressurized basket and a funnel. That’s it.

Okay, maybe a few things to make it look pretty hehe.
