Fedora KDE Spin - does it work well?

When you think of Fedora, the Fedora Workstation with the GNOME desktop environment often comes to mind, as it has been closely associated with Fedora for years. GNOME is the default desktop environment for Fedora, but the distribution offers more than just GNOME. There is also an official Fedora KDE Plasma Spin, designed to meet the needs of KDE users. The question is whether Fedora, traditionally a GNOME stronghold, can also satisfy dedicated KDE users.
