Описание к видео Aloo Samosa

Short video on how to make Aloo Samosa! :)
Recipe:
Ingredients:
For Aloo Stuffing:
Green Chillies - 2
Ginger - 1 Small Inch Piece
Coriander Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Cashews - 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped
Potatoes - 2 Medium-Sized Boiled And Mashed
Salt - As Per Taste
Water - 1/4 Cup
Coriander Leaves - 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped
For Samosa Dough:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 Cup
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) - 1/2 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Water - As Required
For Samosa Making:
Samosa Dough - As Mentioned Above
Water - As Required
Aloo Stuffing - As Mentioned Above
Oil - For Deep Frying
Green Chillies + Salt - For Samosa Mirchies (Optional)

Preparation Method:
Aloo Stuffing:
1. Into a mortar and pestle, add green chillies, ginger, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and grind it into coarse paste.
2. Place a pan on flame and add oil, ground paste, chopped cashews and sauté for about a minute.
3. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, water and keep mixing until you get smooth and mushy potato mixture.
4. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well and keep it aside to cool down.
Samosa Dough:
1. In a bowl, add all purpose flour (maida), carom seeds, oil and mix well so that the flour gets coated with oil and holds shape.
2. Now add water little by little and knead it into a tight yet smooth dough.
3. Cover it and keep it aside for atleast 30 minutes.
Samosa Making:
1. After 30 minutes, knead the dough again for a minute and divide it lemon-sized balls.
2. Take each ball and roll into oblong shape.
3. Cut the shape in the center and take one part of it.
4. Apply water on one side and fold it into a cone. Fill it with the Aloo Stuffing and fold the dough from backwards and seal it.

6. Similarly prepare all the Samosas ready, and drop them in the oil that's not hot enough.
7. Simmer the flame and leave the Samosas for about 5-10 minutes, where they start floating on top.
8. Then raise the flame to medium and deep fry on both the sides until they turn golden brown in colour and crispy and take them out. Serve hot with Samosa Chillies, Ketchup and Green Chutney! :)
