The Vermont Trail Accessibility Hub is a program developed by the Vermont Trails and Greenways Council, Northern Forest Canoe Trail, Upper Valley Trails Alliance, Vermont Mountain Bike Association, and Vermont Adaptive. Together, we are developing web-based resources, networking and learning opportunities, conducting 50 assessments in every Vermont county, and making improvements to trail descriptions in Trail Finder. Equally important, we are creating enduring relationships between the outdoor recreation providers and individuals and organizations that advocate for people with disabilities. We are funded by the Vermont Outdoor Recreation Economic Collaborative (VOREC) Community Grant Program (CGP).
