Does the Fab Overdrive Suck

Priced lower then candy after Halloween, and made of plastic, one question comes to mine, does the Danelectro FAB overdrive Suck or not? In this video we dive in and discover if this pedal really has the panache. Armed with three knobs and an on off switch the FAB overdrive does it's job surprisingly well! It has many of the characteristics that made the Ibanez Tubescreamer popular with a bit of more in the box that helps it's voice ring more in harmony with a boss ds-1. Both as an overdrive, as well as a distortion pedal the FAB works very well. The only real downside I see to this pedal is the plastic housing. I highly doubt it would live up to any hardcore touring or frantic stage shows. If you're on a tight budget and just want an overdrive that you can casually jam out with then this pedal is definitely for you! Does the fab overdrive suck? That's gonna be a big NAW from me.
