Jackie Dominas is a women’s empowerment coach and yoga teacher that helps ambitious, big-hearted women that are exhausted and overwhelmed by the stress of their busy lives find a better way of living that works for them. Before launching her life coaching practice, Jackie spent 15 years working as a dietitian and personal trainer helping women who wanted to lose weight and feel healthier because they thought if they did then life would magically become easier.
From working with over a hundred women and navigating her own life experiences she’s learned that the way we approach adulting is what’s keeping us exhausted, unhappy, and overwhelmed. Jackie is passionate about helping women reclaim their inner guidance system that was given to them at birth so that they can manage the busy-ness of life while making peace with their bodies, calming their minds, and creating time for what’s close to their hearts. Through her retreats, online workshops, Burnt Out to Glow package, and blog, she’s here to show you that there is a better way of living that’s easier, happier and more soulful. Jackie lives right outside of Charlotte, with her husband, one spirited son, a well-worn yoga mat, a taste for dry cider beer, and deep love for nature.
