Well great news, in 2020 Rocla launched our new software control system called Fleetcontroller, the genesis of our evolving AGV system controls.

Our Fleetcontroller offers simplified integration using one platform that connects all components needed for efficient AGV operations. We see an increase in transport efficiency by optimizing the utilization of the AGV fleet to better suit each unique environment.

The Rocla Route Optimizer is a built-in feature of the Fleetcontroller that makes dynamic, real-time decisions on which routes the AGV takes. This eliminates the need for static traffic rules and prevents traffic jams. Our Fleetcontroller also calculates the transport completion time, which then allows us to better forecast vehicle locations and assign the best AGV to each task. Using smart algorithms, our Fleetcontroller can extend the lifespan of the battery while maintaining battery charge levels thus safeguarding against usage peaks.

The Rocla Dashboard provides a unified and real-time view of your fleet. Real-time fleet monitoring gives you visual insight into AGV fleet locations and movement allowing you to measure and tracks performance targets. The simplified view of data provides an excellent tool to look at trends, monitor status and provide operational insight.
