Indian Story Read Along reads old and new books, some from the storyteller's own childhood library, and some recent publications. We started this channel because our old books were falling apart, and we wanted to share the stories in them before they were lost forever.

The stories we choose are mostly cultural, with a few being mythological and/or religious. All take place on the Indian subcontinent or feature a main character who is South Asian. The amount of violence in the stories we choose is little to none, so you will not find certain popular mythological tales here.
