What's Your Story? What is a Memoir? Is it the same as an autobiography? A memoir is a snapshot of key events of your life, and in this video I recommend you start recording your story in a memoir. This is much quicker than trying save your entire life story (that would be an autobiography which is a much bigger job!).

In this video we look at how to get started creating your life story memoir, the sorts of things you may like to include and the importance of saving your stories and memories.

Everyone has a story, don't let yours, or the stories of your loved ones, get lost or forgotten.
