Today I will take you along as I complete the large caliber cartridge belt that I started last week. I will be making this belt in the ranger belt style. I will take you step by step through the process of creating the cartridge belt.

The belt will be hand sewn from vegtan leather. I prefer to use two layers of vegtan leather when making belts. I purchased the leather from ​⁠ ​⁠ and I will use Fiebing’s leather dye to get the color right. I will also use a Fiebing’s product to seal and protect the leather belt. I think that Tan-Kote will work best in this situation.
