TODAY'S RECIPE IS Lemon Gummy Candy | Lemon Jujubes Recipe | Jello Candy Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Gelatin 1 tbsp
Orange juice + water 2 tbsp (each)
Mix well
Keep aside
Sugar 1/2 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Some lemon peels
Mix well
Bring it to a boil
Corn syrup 2 tbsp
Stir occasionally
Thick consistency
Cook until soft ball stage
Soft ball when dropped in water
Low the flame
Add gelatin mixture
Green food color (optional)
Cook for 2 mins
Strain it
Greased mould
Keep in the fridge for 4 hours or until set
Remove carefully(it will very sticky )
Coat with sugar

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
