Merkur Futur vs Q-Shave

Today's video was a challenge video of the original Merkur Futur and its clone, the Q-Shave. The Futur is of better quality and has a better balance point. The identical blades used for this comparison was Voskhod on its second use.

Charlie Smith kindly sent me the Futur as he had his battles with using it and the Futur won...lot of bloodletting he said.

I wanted to challenge my skills so for the first pass I used it on the highest setting of 6. I wanted to feel what it was like. Then moved the setting to a 4.5. Neither of those blade gaps is what I would normally use. No cuts, no weepers, just a BBS Shave!
