😫 Stress is a killer, in any way shape or form. Don’t you feel that we are under more stress than ever these days? Also, real estate is one of the most stressful and competitive industries.

😌 Lucky for me, I do very well under stress. However it does take a toll on me so here are my tips for stress management:
⏰ Working in the moment.
🗓 Keep a firm schedule.
Put your routines, personal activities & hobbies in your schedule.
🚨Identify what your big stresses are and prepare for them/eliminate them.
👩‍🏫 Failing to prepare is to prepare to fail.
