As the role of the private sector, business models, and stakeholder engagement in development changes, a critical question emerges regarding how the people who compose the future labor force will need to evolve as well. These changes relate to and stem from a wide range of issues, including technology, globalization, international security and stability and numerous other factors. This panel will focus on both existing drivers and potential new ones, and what this will mean for organizational culture and the profile of the future development professional.
