The webinar "Climate change disputes: Is arbitration a sustainable option?" was delivered as part of the Vis East Moot Oral Arguments Week. CIArb was a proud sponsor of the Vis East Moot 2022.

The free event, which took place on 28 March 2022, from 08.00 - 09.30 GMT+1, focused on the rise of climate-related disputes resulting from the energy transition and examined the question of whether dispute resolution mechanisms providing for international arbitration can help support or impede the goals of the Paris Agreement in both the commercial and investor-state context.
