I was going to sneak Y'shtola in instead of Selphie and not switch her out, but I haven't used Selphie since her FR boards are released, so I put her in here.

Honestly, I can only speculate how dangerous this boss can be, but because they die before getting to do anything, all will be fine.

Boss info:
Force Mechanics:
0%: 100% BRV dmg reduction on any elemental dmg that is not ice aspected
40%: changes to flying mode

FA: Feather Cologne ++ (BRV Gain, AOE BRV+HP)
It would first buff itself with BRV/HP dmg up and BRV gain up before attacking, then after the attack the buffs would be gone.
It would also charm + curse you characters, regardless of gender.
(I like how they go out of their way to specify it is not related to gender lol)
Curse is a framed BRV/HP dmg taken up + 0 BRV gain debuff.

FT: 5 turns
9999% HP dmg reduction on all attacks other than FA

Weakness: (Cancel FT)
FA that does no BRV dmg
I don't recall any FR other than Aerith does this, so maybe it is best to use hers or just speed charge your FR for this. Otherwise, you may have to wait it out.

Normal Behaviour:
They behave practically the same way as they always have been. They also go into flying mode periodically, it is just that the 40% FG would always trigger it.
When they start flying, they buff themselves with ATK/DEF/SPD/BRV dmg up. The same holds true when they use feather shot (only happens in the air). They also use Feather Cologne (base version) only in the air. It still charms and curses your character, but it does not have the dangerous buffs like the FA version.
Other than that they just do their regular Aerora and a BRV gain + HP attack. It does hit for quite a bit of damage, but you should not get one shot by it.

Overall, if you can stop them from gaining buffs and debuffing you with the troublesome charm + curse, you should be fine. Aerith does this best since she does both at the same time. BRV gain shutdown would also be quite effective at mitigating their dmg, other than straight up just tanking. Then as always simply DPSing them down is a very viable option.

Aerith:
Aerith rework + C90 is very good, not just because of dmg. She also gets quite a bit of aura update: HP dmg up/ BRV gain up with extra ATK up.

While both her S1/S2 are free turns, only S1 has been made instant turn rate with all related passives on. S2 is high turn rate but not instant. Though both of them gives a 50% HP bonus charge and can be used to speed charge the FG.
Her EX/LD has ridiculous output, especially Ex given how fast it charges and it can be even faster with Selphie.

Also note that her cursed artifacts also give around 45% mBRV up and her armor has a 20% party-wide HP dmg cap increase. It is practically a mini-BT HP dmg cap aura. Even as stingy as I am, I went ahead a blue her armor lol.

A most welcome and notable change to her LD extension is that her LD buff now lasts twice as long at 12 turns. On the other end, her LD debuff now lasts for 4 turns, which is also a double. This is great because there are quite a lot of turn warping bosses with additional free turns in current era.
On top of that, since her follow-up is now a 2 HP-dump AOE, one no longer has to carefully manage her turns to apply her debuff on different targets. It is very convenient to stop multiple bosses from gaining buffs now.

Her FR is an instant turn rate move that starts at 150% HP dmg bonus, but in turn it is not an actual attack. It also has a field party-wide HP regen while it lasts.
As for the condition, it is the EXACT same as Sherlotta's:
+40%: on turn pass when using a BRV/HP attack, including variants
+20%: on turn pass when character action BRV battery other allies
But it also has a personal component of
+20% when it is Aerith who fulfil the second condition.
So even if you don't have Aerith FR, you can use her with Sherlotta's FR, albeit at a slightly diminished potency.

Note:
So you can have at most +95% if you use Aerith's S1/S2 (mostly S1 because typically you have her cursed artifacts for S1), around 85% with her HP+++.
Technically she can reach 999% just by spamming S1 for the entirety of FR, but since that is not an attack the only way for you to benefit from this would be to make use of 2 off-turn attackers.

Just like Sherlotta's FR, the second condition of giving "BRV battery to other allies" CAN be fulfilled by a Pecil C sphere on any attacks. Unfortunately though, since it has to be BRV gained on character action, it means BRV gained prior to choosing said character's command, such as from Sherlotta BT, Steiner LD, Krile EX does not count. Cait Sith LDCA/Sherlotta BT that gives you BRV on every BRV hit also does not count because it only batteries your current character.

Example characters that has BRV/HP variant and can battery others:
Ysh'tola, Alphinaud, Selphie, Sherlotta (BT/LD used) (her normal HP does not battery others), Ramza, Agrias (great BRV++ with CC) etc.
Potentially any characters with C sphere slot.
