Скачать или смотреть Top Split PEC crash after 2 hour race between the 2 Championship Leaders

What a desaster ... up until this point it was a perfect executed race. Very good traffic management, good pitstop strategy, an exceptionally well fuel management, etc.

And THEN this happened with me leading the first ever PEC Championship on iRacing, overtaking easily and safely the guy who is in P2 in the Championship. My spotter clearly said "clear on the right", further the green white red car opened up his radius, going to the right.

Well .. the crash happened anyway.
I did not only loose P1 ... but also P2.
Another guy overtook me because I lost time rejoining the track, so I finished P3.

Very frustrating.
The frustration was so high because it happened last week as well. Exact same scenario at Summit Point with a 11k iRated driver. Same move. Same outcome.

How do you guys prevent this?
What would you do differently?
