Some #iastm work done by @chrisgarciadpt. felt a slight muscle strain in my chest during training this week and you can see that area really lit up compared to my right side which came up clean. Could I have trained through this? Absolutely, and probably would have, but the decreased range of motion caused by the scar tissue build up could have led to a more serious injury, which would have led to a long recovery period of little to no training. 💪🏻 I'm a huge proponent of prehab and trying to prevent injuries before they happen. Weekly chiropractor adjustments, and monthly sessions like this where we can focus on any areas of concern I may have, and also learn new exercises to help prevent similar occurrences.
