Try this wonderful Nityananda Trayodashi Recipe Rorobara which is a perfect Bengali sweet. This traditional dish is a no fail sweet dish made up of easily available ingredients and yet giving juicy soft Rosobora.

Servings: 9 Nos.

1 tsp ghee
½ cup semolina/ rava/ sooji
1 cup milk
½ tsp cardomom powder
3 tbsp milk powder
Oil for frying

Sugar syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
½ tsp cardomom powder
6 to 7 saffron strands
2 to 3 drops of lemon juice

For garnishing:
Chopped pistachios
Chopped almonds
Some rose petals
