Famous American Paintings Series

In the famous American painting series I present you with a closer and more intimate look at the most famous and greatest American paintings. In hopes it stirs your senses and imagination almost like a visit to the museum's where they are held.

I see this as an exercise in discovery. I am as an explorer looking for something new and true that I may not as yet have thought of. I love museums that I have been to everywhere I've been. I feel that great paintings and works are where they belong in the great museums of the world where everybody can see. I like to see them there; In those great hollowed cathedrals of art. To me, they are as holy places feel spiritual and almost eternal. Some way they are as I imagine heaven would be and sacred because they are indeed full of the spirit, the friendly ghost of those who created them. Yeah, I love museums. I love their sound and their smell and their light.

Alas, in lieu of physics, I cannot take you there. I only hope with the following works to perhaps inspire you to actually go and see them there. Because I know that this is just a week substitute for actually being there.
