We follow 5 busy people as they embark upon a journey to achieve a goal that is important to them individually - whether it is to get a job acting in a pilot TV show, dropping a dress size before a major speaking event, looking good in wedding pictures, or just looking and feeling great and reducing stress in everyday life.
