The weather remains very sunny and very dry, as can be seen at the low water level of the river Rhine and the dried grasslands along the tour. But temperatures this morning have just been perfect for cycling - thus here I go. Chose to go around Cologne today.

Started off by heading for the riverside and catch a view on the southernmost bridge of Cologne, the Rodenkirchener Brücke, before making a U-turn and head north. Past the Süd-Brücke, the Kranhäuser, Serverinsbrücke, Deutzer Brücke, Altstadt, Dom, Hohenzollernbrücke, Zoobrücke and lastly Mülheimer Brücke. It is astonishing how much green area Cologne has to offer. Along the Rhine in Niehl, then riding in a large circle through the Grüngürtel. Really enjoy the gravel paths :-). Definitely need a gravel bike some time soon ;-)
