Cheesy Garlic Sandwich | Cheese & Garlic Sandwich | Cheese Toastie | Easy Quick Sandwiches

This is my go-to sandwich, as it is so easy and quick to make, literally takes 8-10 minutes from scratch. You only need bread, butter, garlic & parsley, it is relaxing & satisfying to make & even more satisfying to eat, the cheesy, garlic and buttery flavours go really well together. The first sandwich is with plain, the 2nd sandwich is with a little dried chilli which is also really tasty with a little heat, so why not try them both!


Ingredients
4 slices of white toasting bread
4 slices of cheddar cheese (or your preference of cheese)
3 tsp salted butter (soften at room temperature) (if using unsalted add 1tsp of salt)
3-4 cloves of garlic (grated / minced)
1-2tsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
