Our second community call moved the story forward as we broke into specialized working groups to tackle the core challenges of building alternative systems. Fifty participants from around the globe gathered to explore how we can transition from individual transformation to collective action.

The session featured breakout rooms focused on five key areas: community building and belonging, technology development for sovereign systems, media creation for positive storytelling, governance alternatives ("questocracy"), and regenerative economics ("easiness"). Each group dove deep into practical questions around creating genuine safety nets, designing decision-making processes that honor both individual agency and collective wisdom, and developing new economic models.

We introduced the Metamyth framework - a structured storytelling process designed to help people move from feeling like background characters to becoming conscious authors of their own reality. Participants shared how this approach has begun transforming their understanding of purpose and possibility.

Key themes that emerged: the need for economic models that pool resources and share value creation, the importance of technology that serves human connection, and governance systems based on shared story and purpose. We're actively building infrastructure for these alternatives, including an AI-powered application to guide people through their transformation journey and planning our first seven-week cohort program.

The call revealed both the hunger for meaningful change and the practical challenges of creating new systems while operating within existing ones. Join us as we continue experimenting with what becomes possible when communities organize around shared purpose and collaboration.
