This 20-min video is a guided meditation featuring a female voice and the signature meditation of the Feminine Wholeness™ Method.

My best tip for getting out of your head and back into the flow of your own feminine energy and wholeness is to give yourself 5, 10 or 20 minutes to rest.

I create guided meditations to give your mind something to focus so that your body can relax. I use guided meditations everyday because of how effective they are at helping me recharge! I know they can do the same for you.
