Wow life Presents "Zaara’s Vanilla Cup Cakes" | With Custard filling & Whipped Cream Topping

Your wait is over. Zaara has come up with another baking session for you guys... Yippee yayyyy!! Here’s another yummy recipe for your tummy. Such an easy way to fulfil a sweet craving. Enjoy! ❤️

For your convenience, we have shared the ingredients and the recipe:

Vanilla Cupcakes With Custard Filling and Whipped cream topping

Vanilla cupcakes:

Ingredients -
250gms - butter
250gms - Icing sugar
250gms - Maida
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1/4 tsp - Baking Soda
3 - Whole eggs
3 tbsp - vanilla essence
1/2 cup - Milk

Method -
1.Sift the icing sugar and set aside.
2.Beat the butter till fluffy.
3.Add the icing sugar and beat well.
4.Add 3 eggs and vanilla essence and mix well.
5.Now, add the Maida+Baking Soda+Baking Powder, and mix in slow speed.
6.Add 1/2 cup milk and mix batter till fully incorporated.
7.Now, distribute batter in cupcake lines which is placed in the cupcake mould.
8.Bake at 180 degree for 12-15 minutes.
9.Check and bake accordingly.


Custard:
Ingredients -
4 glasses - boiled milk
3 tbsp - Custard powder
1 cup - Sugar

Method:
1.Boil 3 glasses of milk in a pan
2.In the forth glass of milk, add the custard powder
3.Once the milk in the pan has come to a boil, add the 4th glass of milk with the custard poweder.
4.Mix it well till it thickens.
5.Add the sugar when it has thickened and mix well.
6.Once the sugar dissolves, remove the pan from the heat.
7.Cool the custard.
8. Scoop the mid-portion out of the cupcake as shown in the video and add the filling inside.

Whipped Cream:
Ingredients -
Whipping Cream - 150-200 ml

Method -
1.Whip the cream till a stiff peak is formed.
2.Whipping cream is ready.
