Crispy Masala Peanuts! Be it our parties or small get togethers; these li'l crunchy delights have to be there as sides! But did you know that you can make these at home quite easily? Well, yes! And the advantage of doing that is you can give these peanuts the flavours of your choice! In 500 Home Chef Recipes today, Nirupama Agrawal Raghav of Colourspages Sairasoi shows us a simple way to make these crispy masala peanuts at home!

INGREDIENTS -
1 cup raw peanuts
water as required
oil for frying
besan as required to coat peanuts
chaat masala to taste
1/4 tsp rock salt
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
a pinch of hing
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
a pinch of baking soda

METHOD -
1) In a bowl take peanuts and add some water and keep it for 2-3 mins.
2) Remove all the water from the bowl and add besan to the peanuts and coat well.
3) Add salt, rock salt, haldi powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala, hing and baking soda. Mix it well. Add besan as required to coat the peanuts well.
4) Fry these coated peanuts well in a kadai so that they turn nicely crispy.
