Fix Your Spinning Wheel Kick w/ Icy Mike Hard2Hurt Ushiro Mawashi Geri

If you have trouble with a spinning wheel kick (spinning heel kick or Ushiro Mawashi Geri) like Icy Mike here does from hard2hurt, here are some ways you can improve them and 2 different ways to throw them so you can land them more easily! The spinning wheel kick is one of my favorite karate/taekwondo kick but you can also find it in Muay Thai and other kickboxing styles!
