The TRUTH about the 'Fake SRAM' Wheeltop EDS

A quick video to clear up what's been going on with the Wheeltop EDS. This is the Chinese wireless mountain bike shifting system that I showcased at the Shanghai bike show this year. It's now in near-final form and they sent me a set to check out. The same day I received mine I saw ‪@gmbntech‬ made a video with a bit of a click-baity FAKE SRAM thumbnail. Turns out one third-party seller on AliExpress was trying to pass the EDS system off as something it's not. When I showed Wheeltop, they blacklisted that seller and reminded all their other sellers not to try fool people.

As for the unit itself, first impressions seem solid. I've just put it on my son's MTB and will be getting him to give it a good thrashing. I'll also check it out and then make a proper video about it in the coming weeks. Just wanted to get this video out to clarify the situation.
