To mark Fraud Prevention Month, Service Alberta Minister Stephanie McLean and the Edmonton Police Service outlined how they are working together to investigate cases and offered tips on how the public can recognize, report and prevent fraud. Minister McLean paid a visit to the residence of Bonnie and Randy Kwong in Edmonton to talk with the homeowners who are victims of construction contractor fraud.
