Khloe Kardashian has been seen as a supportive parent to her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares two children, True and Tatum.

The television personality took her children to Cleveland, Ohio, to watch their father play in an NBA game. Thompson, a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, competed against the Boston Celtics in a playoff game on Monday, May 13.
True and Tatum, Khloe made it a family affair, and also brought along her nephew Saint West. He joined while wearing a Thompson jersey, as did Tatum. Khloe wore a black leather jacket and black leggings, while True wore a neon pink top.

According to a source from OK! magazine, it was True who wanted to see her father on the field.
Khloe and Tristan's relationship was a roller-coaster, marked by many highs and lows, which was particularly marred by Tristan's involvement in several cheating scandals. Their journey began in 2016 when they met for the first time. However, amid Khloe's pregnancy with True, shocking revelations about Tristan cheating on multiple women surfaced. Despite the turmoil, Khloe chose to continue their relationship after giving birth to True in April 2017.

The saga continued in February 2019, when news emerged of Tristan kissing Kylie Jenner's best friend, Jordyn Woods. Despite this setback, Chloe eventually forgave him, and they reconciled.
They then embarked on the surrogate's process for a second child in 2021. Unbeknownst to Chloe, their surrogate was already pregnant when another cheating scandal came to light, this time involving a woman who was pregnant herself. Shockingly, Tristan was aware of the situation while he was going through the surrogacy process with Khloe.
I found out what Tristan is doing with the rest of the world. Courtesy won't do it. But well, if I do that, you won't give me a heads up in front of the rest of the world? "It's just an extra slap in the face," she told the cameras on an episode of The Kardashians. It's insulting. I feel embarrassed. I would rather be alone than among people.”

After all that, Khloe now has a healthy relationship with him. “My ex Tristan is an amazing dad...and we get along so well now,” Khloe shared on SHE MD this month. She said that even though they were not meant to be together as a couple, she feels he was meant to be a father to these children.
