Captain Kangaroo (Bob Keeshan ) with guest star Phil Donahue. Mr. Green Jeans (Hugh Brannum) has come up with a new invention that turns carrot greens into clothing. The Captain along with Mr. Green Jeans and Dennis (Cosmo Allegretti) take the device to show Phil Donahue with unexpected results. This show originally aired Feb. 20, 1978. This was the PBS edit, but some of the film fillers were removed.
