On Monday, December 14, 2020 The American Project at Pepperdine School of Public Policy hosted a panel of civic leaders who are having an impact in local issues from addiction to homelessness.

The American Project argues for a conservatism of connection, which promotes the nation's revered civic institutions as ways of providing opportunities to connect with one another and to engage in the hard work of citizenship. If conservatives are going to support limited government, then they must support a more robust form of civic engagement—both individually and corporately through nonprofit institutions.
Toward the end of a polarizing political season, we are inspired by this panel of leaders who are making a difference from the ground up.
