🔥 Achaari Aloo Recipe – Masaledaar & Lip-Smacking! 😋

1. Boil 5–6 medium-sized potatoes 🥔. Peel and cut them into chunks or cubes — any shape you love! ✂️
2. In a pan, heat oil 🛢️ and add:
• 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds) 🌱
• Finely chopped ginger 🧄
• 3–5 chopped green chillies 🌶️
Sauté for 2 minutes until aromatic

3. Add the spices:
• Salt 🧂
• 1 tsp haldi (turmeric) ✨
• 1.5 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 🌶️
• 1 tsp dhania (coriander) powder 🌿
• ½ tsp jeera powder 🌾
Mix well! Add a splash of water 💧 if needed to avoid burning.

4. Now comes the star ⭐ — add a generous spoon of

5. Toss in the boiled potatoes 🥔 and coat them beautifully with the masala-pickle mix 🍛
