TLT ETF has been moving lower and lower. Tariffs will continue to pressure the economy while at the same time the Federal Reserve will not have any capability of moving at this time. Add into that a tremendous amount of supply of debt hitting the US Treasury market. Given these variables, bond prices are currently trading at a discount.

With such an enormous amount of supply of US Treasuries, with the Federal Reserve likely to remain constrained with tariffs pushing inflation higher, expect US Treasury bond prices to continue to be pressured downward. This will keep TLT ETF trending lower and lower.
During this, I have been accumulating TBT ETF, the inverse US Treasury bond ETF. As interest rates slowly climb, TBT ETF will follows as it is the inverse to price on Treasury bonds.
I expect TLT ETF to break lower, and in this video I show the economic indicators to watch for the bond market.
