"I love weighing myself", says no one.. however, I love that this shakes keeps me accountable for my actions.. I play a game with myself that I will only see blue- no weight change or Green-weight loss on the screen... if I see Red- wt gain... you better believe it changes my eating and activity plans for the day!!
