Rising inflation ; Fear of market crash ; Do you think it is a terrible time to construct?

Hi guys. Rising inflation and fear of a market crash is creating a lot of fear in people. People, who own land, might just be swayed away from construction thinking that they will wait because the market might just drop.

My outlook is that you should start construction right now. High sustained inflation can cause the cost of construction to increase massively which is likely to increase the cost of your project even if that land prices gets corrected. Hence, my suggestion is that if you have a piece of land and you are thinking of constructing over the same, BEGIN THE CONSTRUCTION TODAY AND GET MAXIMUM RETURNS ON YOUR INVESTMENT.
