The Ministry of Interior announced today the resumption of work to issue tourist and family entry visas, as of 7/12, 2021 AD, noting that travelers coming to Qatar through its land, sea and air ports will be subject to the requirements and procedures set by the Ministry of Health, whether with regard to those who have been vaccinated with vaccines approved in Qatar. Or those who will be subject to the quarantine procedures approved in the country to limit the spread of the Corona virus in the country.
The Ministry of Health announced today new procedures on the policy of travel and return to the State of Qatar, starting from July 12, to continue facilitating travel for travelers through its air, land and sea ports, for travelers who have completed vaccination against the Corona virus (Covid-19) with vaccines approved by the Ministry.
Major Abdullah Al Jasmi, Head of the Administrative Affairs Section at the Airport Passport Department at the Ministry of Interior, revealed that as of July 12, with the lifting of restrictions, the exceptional entry permit for those coming to the country will not be required of residents and visitors with work visas.

Major Al Jasmi explained - in an interview with Qatar TV - that if the residents meet the conditions for entering the country, that is, they have the validity of residence and do not exceed 6 months outside the country, they can enter without an exceptional permit.
