Learn how to correctly perform a Superman Exercise for back pain and core strengthening. I also demonstrate a variation, the alternating superman, which is an easier alternative core exercise. I highly recommend this exercise to my patients that have back pain. A lot of people want to know what they can do for back pain and the most important thing is to strengthen your core. Most people focus on the abs and forget about the other side, their back, which is important for balancing out your core muscles. This exercise mainly works your glutes, back muscles, hamstrings and your shoulders. There are multiple variations to this exercise that I will demonstrate in future videos.

Also remember to bring your bellybutton in towards your spine and then bring it up under your ribs and hold it there while you perform these exercises.
