***Update
My lovely viewers shared with me that Art Glitter glue is great for this project. It's water-based, dries fast, and has a fine tip, making it easy to use. However, it can warp paper if you use too much. For minimal warping, Beacon 3-in-1 is excellent, but it's solvent-based and needs 100% acetone to revive it. Tacky Glue and Elmer's Quick Dry Glue also work well.
