With a look at some cracking new miniatures coming for the Genestealer Cults and Vigilus Defiant hitting stores last weekend, it seemed like a neat opportunity to review some of the simplest possible methods used to get miniatures on the table. Whether you're concentrating on speed painting or just want a few easy ways to paint your own miniatures for an army, Kill Team or the like, you can't go wrong with concentrating on the basics in your tool box. It doesn't hurt that this particular method uses so few paints, either!

How I Paint Things is a series of simple instructional videos designed to help the newcomer through some of the basics and demonstrate how the very simplest techniques can still give you some great results that're easily replicated. Aimed at the beginner to painting miniatures, there might be one or two tips or tricks that help even you old hands!
