Welcome to my latest POV race day VLOG of the Great Birmingham 10k and half marathon race, where i took part in the 10k race representing England Masters that i had qualified for last year.

As i was still recovering from illness the weekend before i was unable to race hard for a podium place, so instead decided to pace one of my athletes that i coach.
