How To Build A Compost Tumbler From 55 Gallon Plastic Drum

I built a compost tumbler from a teflon lined plastic food grade 55 gallon barrel that I bought for 10 bucks. Some inexpensive hardware and some other things I had in my basement, and it came out great. This will provide me with excellent soil for my herb garden. Quick, easy DIY home project.
